Stall Options

Standard Stall: Northern Coalfields Limited would provide the space of area 12 x 12 feet to all Exhibitors for a Standard Stall.

  1. NCL is not charging to any exhibitor for standard stalls or space. The exhibitors have to arrange their stalls by themselves through a common vendor to ensure uniformity i.e. cost of a stall is to be borne by exhibitor itself. Therefore all exhibitors are requested to directly coordinate with Vendor or through Contact Person: Mr. D. Pathak, Dy. Manager (Excavation), Cell: +91-8225963121, +91-9406711566. A standard stall may have following specifications/facilities:

  • Standard Size of Stall would be 12’x12’x10’ (Length x Breadth x Height)

  • 3 Side Walls (Size 12’x10’) with wooden framing and painting.

  • Ground Floor Ply 19 mm thick (Size 12’x12) and Roof (Size 12’x12’) with wooden framing.

  • Steel framing for support of wooden frame.

  • Top name frame (Size 12’x3’)

  • Pantry Area (Size-3’x4’) back side of stall

  • Wooden Counter (Size-4’x2’)

2. In case of large size equipment e.g. HEMMs, then in this case actual space required by Exhibitor would be provided by Northern Coalfields Limited. Please confirm your requirement in this case to Mr. Nandan Choudhury, Asst. Manager (Geology),      Cell +91-9369172310 for advance preparation from our side.

Basic Amenities: Exhibition Space along with all basic amenities other than above such as Electricity, Cleaning, Security, One Conference/Exhibition Kit per stall etc. would be provided by NCL free of cost.​

Exhibition Venue:  For (12 x 12 X 10 feet) size stalls, the venue would be Officers' Club Ground, Singrauli and for large size equipment/HEMMs, the venue would be Helipad Ground, near Officers' Club, Singrauli, M.P. (486889), India
